Since Bitek’s inception in 1974, we’ve prided ourselves on our extensive R&D programs and we’re now seeing the results of all our hard work. Our BTMS V10 billing system is now fully hardened to US Department of Defence security levels and recently gained JITC approval following extensive testing. Also, V10 recently gained FIPS and HIPAA compliance, and this allows us to increase our customer base in key verticals. We're extremely proud of our staff and the way V10 provides total audit controls, including unique communication control features such as data and WiFi access billing. Along with our SME web-based billing solution, BTMS Call Accountant, our systems are available as a fully hosted or hosted and managed communication solution. This allows our customers to benefit from the latest features while reducing their communication cost - somethings thats critical in todays market.
Bitek has also extended our international reach and has now become a full time member of the ITU’s cybersecurity agenda, where we consult on telecom auditing and communication management in the High Level Experts Group. From the experience we gained so far, I’m extremely confident Bitek is heading in the right direction and that we have a strong future to look forward to.
