V10 securely tracks usage and costs associated with incoming, outgoing, local, internal, long distance, toll free and international calls in real time, providing instant access to all usage activity records. Other communication activities and related charges for labor, data/ Internet usage, material, wireless usage, calling cards, voicemail, taxes, WiFi access, service fees, and surcharges can also be tracked and allocated to the appropriate user or departmental account. Recurring charges can be allocated to a single account or split among multiple accounts. V10 automatically pro-rates charges within, or across, months and produces a single consolidated record or bill for all charges at the end of the month.
V10 enables you to generate a wide variety of call management reports and billing statements in the format you need for cost allocation, charge-backs, and system administration. Statements can be branded and tailored to your specific requirements and include consolidated detail or summary information for all types of communications usage, including local, long distance, international, calling cards, directory assistance, wireless, and more.
