Mr Graham Butler: Founder and Chairman of Bitek, Graham Butler has over 35 years of international experience in telecommunications services and product development. Recognised as a pioneer in internet voice services (Voice Over Internet Protocol), he was formally a Co-founder and Executive Vice President of Cascadent Communications which developed one of the world’s first international business to business VoIP networks backed by Cisco and HP. Prior to this, Graham was a Senior Director of Deutsche Telekom, AG where he was responsible for the implementation and rollout of the world’s first international VoIP calling card service. Mr Butler is part of an exclusive network of the worlds leading cybersecurity experts led by Judge Stein Schjolberg, author of the Global Treaty on Cybersecurity and Cybercrime – a global initiative for Peace and Security in Cyberspace. Graham also served as a member of the High Level Experts Group for the ITU (United Nations) Cybersecurity Agenda, and is now a member of the Working Group on Cybercrime for the EastWest Institute (EWI).
Mr John Brading

Mr John Brading: John joined Bitek in 2014 as Vice President of Business Development and was appoint CEO in 2015. Prior to joining Bitek, John was responsible for growing and delivering Raytheon’s national security solutions business in the UK. He contributed to winning more than $1B worth of new business and developed opportunities worth over $2B in national security sectors across Europe, Russia and the Middle East. He has been a highly active and influential leader in industrial circles; he was the founding Chairman of the UK’s ADS Transport Security Group and has served on numerous other industry working groups and committees. He served on the Board of Directors of the European Organisation for Security, was Chairman of the UK Industry Space Council’s Satellite Navigation Subcommittee and served on the Executive Committee for the Faraday Pinpoint Partnership. Over the past 15 years he has diversified into business development and executive corporate management. He has a first class honours degree in Mathematics from Bristol University, England; a diploma in advanced Kalman filtering from MIT, and is an IEEE Certified Biometrics Professional. He has published numerous technical papers on advanced applications of GPS, is fluent in Spanish and can speak reasonable French.
Mr Morgan Butler

Morgan is an English legal graduate with strong leadership skills, commercial capabilities and excellent general management experience that includes contractual compliance, customer and project management, budget responsibility and assignment. This is coupled with a strong technical understanding and a passionate interest in modern technology. Morgan has been with Bitek for more than 10 years and currently oversees product development, marketing (including product rebranding and launch), customer compliance, change management and customer delivery. During his time at Bitek, Morgan has worked on projects in Europe and the USA and taken several products from conception to reality leading to substantial revenue increases year on year. Morgan holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from Bournemouth University in England.
Mr Ken McEwen
Senior Manager, Fraud and Security
Mr Ken McEwen: Ken has been providing engineering for secured Voice and Data for 29 Years. Ken first developed the skills that have allowed him to deliver modern solutions as a Member of Her Majesty’s Royal Electrical Mechanical Engineers in the UK. Whilst serving with REME, Ken worked on the pioneering systems that developed into the modern network and security systems we see deployed today. Since leaving the Army, Ken has worked on and developed critical global communications systems for Private and Governmental clients around the world. Ken specialises in network connectivity, integrity and security and is an expert in the identification of endpoints, client posture and identification, secured transmission and security Compliance. Since Joining Bitek in November 2012, Ken has overseen technical direction for the Bitek Guardian solution and TABS products. Ken actively oversees product research and development and provides high-level consultancy to Governments and national regulators around the world.
Mrs Sonail Patel
Senior Software Engineer
Mrs Sonail Patel: Sonail joined Bitek in 2004 and maintains overall responsibility for the smooth operation of the TABS product line. Sonail also actively contributes to all of Bitek’s software development, including solution definition, code creation and system testing. Sonail’s ability to translate and identify key customer requirements and deliver them in a structured and efficient manner is a true asset and unique skill. Sonail manages a core team of code developers and oversees the implementation of customer improvements whilst providing clear advice to customers and Bitek’s customer support staff. Sonail holds a Bachelors of Science in Computer Studies from University of Surrey in England.
